Once the items are picked, packers are responsible for securely packaging them for shipment. They select appropriate packaging materials, such as boxes, envelopes, or crates, and ensure that the items are properly protected during transit. Packers may also label the packages and include any necessary documentation, such as invoices or packing slips.

Pick and pack staff members play a vital role in maintaining quality control standards. They inspect the items for any damages, defects, or discrepancies, ensuring that only high-quality products are sent to customers.
